  2. 250g cream cheese

  3. 1/4 cup icing sugar,pwd sugar,sifted

  4. 1 Tblsp Irish Cream Liqueur

  5. 1 x 200g pkt Tim Tam biscuits,

  1. Place chocolate in microwave safe bowl,cook on high for 40 seconds,stir,cook another 30 seconds,stir until choc has melted,then cool 2* Beat cream cheese & powder sugar until well combined,stir in liqueur & melted chocolate than chill until firm enough 2 handle 3*Roll teaspoonfuls into balls then into crushed biscuit crumbs than Refrigerate until set
