  3. 1/4 cup dijon mustard

  4. 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce

  5. 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish

  6. 1/4 cup onion

  7. 1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce

  8. 1 cup minced clams

  9. 1/4 teaspoon salt

  10. 1/2 teaspoon white pepper

  1. Preparation : Soften cream cheese in a mixer add clam juice and mustard-mix well add worcestershire, horseradish, onions, and tabasco sauce-mix well fold in clams, by hand, just until mixed season with salt and white pepper cover and chill serve slightly chilled or at room temperature
