  1. 1 1/2 c Powdered sugar; sifted

  2. 1 c Butter or margarine; soften

  3. 1 ts Vanilla extract

  4. 1/2 ts Almond extract

  6. 2 1/2 c Flour

  9. 2-3 hours before rolling to about 1/4" thickness on lightly floured surface. Cut with heart-shaped cutter (or other shape), and place on lightly greased cookie sheets. Bake in preheated

  11. 3-4 dozen cookies, depending on size of cookie cutters. NOTE: For a fun variation, spread thawed Frozen Whipped Topping on one heart-shaped cookie, about 3/4" thick.
