  1. 1 c Chicken or Beef; raw

  2. 1 tb Corn starch

  3. 1 tb Garlic; fresh, minced

  4. 1 tb Ginger; fresh, minced

  5. 1 tb White sugar

  6. 2 tb Curry powder

  7. 1/4c Green onions; shredded

  8. 1/4c Green onions; diced

  9. 1 c Warm water

  10. 1/2c Onions; chunked

  11. 1 pn Salt and pepper

  1. + Directions : Heat wok. Add 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, add ginger and garlic. Put in meats, cook for 1 minute. Add chunks of onions, cook another minute, add water. Bring to a boil and add curry powder. Mix thoroughly, add salt, pepper, and sugar, season to your taste. thicken sauce with corn starch, add shredded green onions. Remove from wok. Serve very hot on top of Chow Mein or Fried Rice. Garnish with diced green onions.
