  2. 1 1/2 cups 355ml Torn arugula

  3. 1 1/2 cups 355ml Sliced strawberries

  4. 1 Red onion - thinly sliced

  5. 1/2 cup 118ml Fiddlehead ferns

  6. 2 tablespoons 30ml Apple-cider vinegar

  7. 1 teaspoon 5ml Olive oil

  8. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Grated orange rind

  1. In a large bowl, combine the watercress, arugula, strawberries, onions and ferns. Sprinkle with the vinegar, oil and orange rind. Toss to combine.
