  1. (Boiled and finely chopped) beetroot 2 cups

  2. Onion 1

  3. Green chillies 4

  4. Chopped

  5. Sugar 1 tbsp.

  6. Salt 1 tsp.

  7. Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp

  8. Pepper powder 1 tsp.

  9. Mustard seeds 1 tsp.

  10. Lemon juice 3 tsp.

  11. Oil 2 tbsp.

  1. Heat oil add the mustard seeds after it crackles add the green chillies and onion sauté for a minute then add the rest of ingredients and cook over low heat until well combined and thick. Store in a jar and refrigerate.
