  3. 1/2 cup white vinegar

  4. 1/4 large lemon - seeded and --finely minced -- with rind

  5. 1 tablespoon gravy mstr or ktchn bouquet

  6. 1 teaspoon sugar

  7. 1 teaspoon ground coriander

  8. 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin seed

  9. 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

  10. 1/8 teaspoon paprika

  11. cayenne pepper to taste

  12. 2 pounds large shrimp -- (20 -25 count) -

  13. --shelled and deveined

  14. bamboo skewers - soaked in

  15. --water for 30 minutes

  1. Combine all ingredients except shrimp in a small saucepan; simmer 15 minutes, stirring frequently.

  2. Thread shrimp on skewers.

  3. Grill 4 to 6 inches from hot glowing coals, 3 to 5 minutes, turning and brushing frequently with lemon mixture.

  4. DO NOT OVERCOOK!
