  1. 60 gr Hard boiled eggs

  3. 20 gr Anchovy

  4. 5 gr Riccota cheese

  5. 20 gr Black olives

  6. 5 gr Almond slices

  7. 5 gr Lemon juice

  8. 1 cl For the dip Tomato

  9. 80 gr Garlic

  10. 5 gr Chili

  11. 1 gr Oil

  12. 1 cl Sugar

  13. 5 gr seasonning

  1. Chopp the hard boiled eggs, sun dried tomato ,anchovies, diced olives,roasted almonds, ricotta cheese and lemon juice, check the seasoning. Wrapp in filo dough in the shape of a spring roll and a samosa(triangle). Deep fry and serve with spicy tomato dip. Fry the garlic, chili, and tomato add sugar and leave to reduce until fragrant, check the seasonning
