    1. 1 cn (15 oz) corned beef hash

    2. 3 Eggs

    1. Spoon corned beef hash in 1/2 of microwave safe dish or pan.

    2. Press hash against bottom and sides of pan.

    3. Microwave on high for 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes or until hot.

    4. Rotate once during cooking.

    5. Make 3 deep indentations in hash with back of spoon.

    6. Break eggs,one at a time,and add to each indentation.

    7. Cover dish with vented plastic wrap.

    8. Program microwave oven to medium high (70%) and cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until eggs are almost set.

    9. Rotate pan once during cooking.

    10. Let stand covered for 2 minutes.

    11. Season with salt and pepper.

    12. Serves 3.
