  1. 1/2 medium Cantaloupe:

  5. 1/2 cup Grated Orange Peels:

  6. 1 tsp Flavored Nonfat Yogurt:

  7. 1 cup (e.g. strawberry flavored)

  1. Directions : 1. With a melon baller, scoop the honeydew and cantaloupe.

  2. Peel the oranges and cut off the white pith. Then cut them into small cubes.

  3. Toss all the fruits together. Add the yogurt and mix with fruits gently.

  4. Garnish with the orange peels and chill for 1 hour before serving.
