  1. 1 Mango - peeled and diced

  2. 1 Tomatillo - husked, washed (medium)

  3. 1/2 Red bell pepper - seeded

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Fresh cilantro - minced

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Lime juice

  6. 2/3 lb 302g / 10oz Swordfish

  7. Ground black pepper - to

  8. Taste And diced

  1. Combine the mango, tomatillo, bell pepper, cilantro and lime juice. Set aside.

  2. Place the fish on a rack in a baking pan or use a broiler pan and sprinkle fish with pepper.

  3. Bake in a preheated 450F oven for 12 minutes per inch of thickness.

  4. Serve with the relish on the side.
