  4. 1 c Milk; sour

  6. 1 c Flour; sifted

  8. 3/4 ts Salt

  9. 3/4 c Sugar; granulated

  10. 2 tb Peanut butter

  11. 1/2 c Currants; or raisins

  1. Mix fat and peanut butter with sugar until smooth.

  2. Sift together flour, salt and cinnamon.

  3. Mix with butter and sugar until crumbly.

  4. Reserve 1/3 c.

  5. of mixture.

  6. Beat egg, add milk, soda and baking powder mixed with second c.

  7. flour.

  8. Combine mixture.

  9. Add floured currants or raisins.

  10. Put in greased and floured baking pan, cover with the 1/3 c.

  11. crumbs.

  12. Bake in over 375 F.

  13. for 30 minutes.
