  1. 1 3/4 c Flour

  2. 2 ts Baking powder

  3. 1/2 ts Salt

  4. 1/2 ts Cinnamon or 3/4 tsp

  5. 3/4 c Orange juice

  6. 1/2 ts Grated orange rind or 3/4 ts

  7. 1/2 c Minus

  8. 1 tb vegetable oil

  9. 1 Egg

  10. 1/2 c Chopped walnuts

  11. 1/2 c Raisins

  12. 375 F. Combine dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet to make

  13. 32 cookies. Bake about 10 to 15 min. Remove from pan and cool.
