  1. 2 lbs 908g / 32oz Lean ground beef

  2. 1 Condensed tomato soup

  3. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt

  4. 6 teaspoons 30ml Potatoes - peeled, sliced (medium)

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Freshly-ground black pepper

  6. 1 cup 237ml Light cream

  7. 1/4 cup 15g / 1/2oz Onions - chopped fine

  1. Recipe Instructions In large skillet or crockpot with browning unit, brown beef; break up large chunks with fork. Pour off excess fat. In a small bowl, mix together salt, pepper, onion, and undiluted soup. In crock pot arrange alternate layers of potatoes and meat, with potatoes on bottom. Pour soup mixture over. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 6 hours. Turn control to HIGH. Pour cream over all; cover and cook on HIGH for 15 to 20 minutes. This recipe yields 6 servings.
