Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. In a medium skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until almost crisp. Add onion, celery and mushrooms; continue cooking until vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes.

  2. In a large bowl, combine bacon mixture, wild rice, bread crumbs, sausage, oregano and sage. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon into a lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish. Bake, covered, for about 35 to 40 minutes or until top is browned and stuffing is heated through.
