6 large cooking apples
3/4 cup orange juice
2 teaspoons grated orange rind
1 teaspoon lemon rind grated
3/4 cup rose wine
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup brown sugar whipped cream

Preparation : Remove core from apples and place in crockpot. Mix together all other ingredients except whipped cream. Pour over apples. Cover pot and cook on low for about 3 1/2 hours or until apples are tender. Cool and serve with whipped cream.
