  2. 6 ounces whipped cream cheese

  3. 3 ounces sour cream

  4. 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  5. 1 teaspoon onion -- grated

  6. 1 1/2 tablespoons dill -- fresh, chopped

  7. 1 pinch fresh ground pepper

  8. 2 ounces caviar, black or red

  1. Bring cream cheese to room temperature and mix with sour cream. Gently fold in lemon juice, onion, dill and pepper until well blended. Fold in caviar carefully. Refrigerate until needed.
