  1. 7 1/2 oz 213g Canned Alaska salmon

  2. 10 oz 284g Frozen chopped spinach - thawed, thoroughly drained

  3. 1 cup 237ml Plain nonfat yogurt

  4. 1/2 cup 118ml Light mayonnaise

  5. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Chopped parsley

  6. 1/2 cup 31g / 1.1oz Chopped green onions

  7. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Dried basil

  8. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Dill weed

  9. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Grated lemon peel Assorted raw vegetables Crackers

  1. Recipe Instructions Drain and flake salmon. Combine flaked salmon with remaining ingredients, except vegetables and crackers. Chill several hours to blend flavors. Serve dip with vegetables and crackers. Makes 16 servings, about 4 cups.
