  2. 3 table spoons flour

  3. 3 table spoons creme fraiche

  4. 6 table spoons sugar

  5. 500 gram cherries

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Whisk the eggs, flour, crème fraîche and sugar together until smooth. Butter a pie dish and sprinkle with flour. Cover bottom with the fruit and pour egg mixture on top. Bake in center of oven for about 30 minutes or until golden brown and firm.
