  1. 1 cup 237ml Plain low-fat yogurt

  2. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Curry powder

  3. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Ground ginger

  4. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt

  5. 1 Cayenne pepper

  1. Recipe Instructions Blend all ingredients until smooth. Chill in a covered container at least 1 hour before serving. This is easy and delicious as a dressing on chicken or fish salads or as a dip for assorted raw vegetables. Food Exchange per serving: UP TO 2 TABLESPOONS MAY BE CONSIDERED "FREE." Low-sodium diets: Omit salt.
