  7. 28 oz Can Whole Tomatoes

  8. 1 Medium onion, chopped fine

  9. 4 Jalapeno peppers, chopd fine

  10. 2 tb Apple cider vinegar

  11. 1 t Garlic powder

  12. 1/2 ts Salt

  13. Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Bring to boil.

  14. Lower heat and simmer uncovered 15 minutes. Chop

  15. tomatoes while cooking.

  16. Number of peppers may be varied to increase flavorful

  17. "heat".

  18. Serve chilled with Doritos or similar tortilla chips.
