  1. 4 teaspoons 20ml Russet potatoes - scrubbed (medium)

  2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Olive oil

  3. 3/4 teaspoon 3.8ml Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce

  4. Salt - to taste

  5. Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Thinly slice potatoes vertically within l-inch of long base. Mix olive oil and Tabasco sauce in small bowl. Rub mixture over surface of potatoes. Bake 1 hour or until potatoes are tender throughout. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
