  1. 3/4 cup 46g / 1.6oz All-purpose flour - divided

  2. 1/2 cup 31g / 1.1oz Whole wheat flour

  3. 2 Cornmeal

  4. 1 Dry yeast - (1/4 oz.)

  5. 1/2 Salt

  6. 1/2 cup 118ml Warm water (115-120*)

  7. 1 Canola oil

  8. Nonstick cooking spray

  1. In a small mixing bowl stir together 1/2 cup of the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, cornmeal, yeast and salt. Stir in water and canola oil. Beat by hand until mixture forms a ball. On a lightly floured surface, knead in remaining flour to make a moderately stiff dough that is smootha and elastic. (Knead no longer then a min.). Cover and let dough rest for 10 min.

  2. Coat a 12" pizza pan with nonstick cooking spray. On a lightly floured suraface roll the dough to a 13" circle. transfer to the pizza pan and roll edges under to fit. Cover and let rise for 30 min.

  3. Preheat oven to 425*. Add toppings of your choice and bake for 15-17 min.

  4. Yield: 1 12" pizza crust Exchange per serving:
