  1. 1 (3 ounce) package instant tapioca pudding

  2. 1 (3 ounce) package lemon Jell-O gelatin

  3. 1 cup mini marshmallows

  4. 2 (11 ounce) cans mandarin oranges

  5. 2 (15 ounce) cans mixed chunky fruit

  6. 2 red apples , sliced with skin on

  7. 1 cup red seedless grapes , halved

  8. 2 bananas , sliced

  1. Drain juices off cans of fruit and use to cook with pudding and jello.

  2. Boil the tapioca, jello and fruit juice mixture 1-2 minutes or until liquid is clear.

  3. Remove from heat and add marshmallows. Stir until melted.

  4. Cool.

  5. Mix fruit together. Pour cooled pudding/jello mixture over fruit and chill.
