  3. 1/4 cup 40g / 1.4oz Brown sugar

  4. 1/4 cup 59ml Sliced scallion

  5. 1 cup 237ml Thinly-sliced ginger

  1. Recipe Instructions Bring vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar and scallions to a boil. Add ginger, bring back to a boil and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
