  1. Arrange wedges of aged Gouda, St. Andre and soft blue cheese on cheese board. Roll herb goat cheese log in finely chopped chives; place on board. Let stand, covered, 30 minutes before serving. Serve with small bunches of grapes, apple and pear slices, dried apricots, dates, assorted salted nuts, bowls of olives, and apricot or fig jam.
