  1. 1/2 cup sugar

  2. 2 teaspoons dry mustard

  3. 1 teaspoon salt

  4. 1/2 cup vinegar

  5. 1 cup vegetable oil

  6. 1 small onion , grated

  7. 2 tablespoons poppy seeds

  8. 1 green pepper , chopped

  9. 1 red pepper, chopped

  10. 12 mushrooms , sliced

  11. 1 small cauliflower , chopped

  12. 1 large head of broccoli , chopped

  13. 2 celery ribs , chopped

  1. Put in a jar with tight fitting lid first 7 ingredients.

  2. Shake well to combine and set aside.

  3. In large bowl combine the chopped vegetables.

  4. Pour dressing over top.

  5. Toss well.

  6. Leave for several hours or overnight mixing occasionally.

  7. Drain and serve.
