  1. 1 pound crab meat

  2. cooked, cartilage removed and meat flaked 1 1/2 cups soft white bread crumbs

  4. 1 teaspoon dry mustard

  5. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  6. 1/8 teaspoon pepper

  7. 2 egg yolks -- beaten

  8. 1 tablespoon olive oil

  9. **TOMATO DILL SAUCE** 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  10. 1 tablespoon tomato paste

  11. 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh dill weed -- or 1/2 tsp dried

  12. tabasco sauce 1 small tomato -- chopped

  13. 8 patties, each about 2 1/2 inches in diameter. Cover and refrigerate about 1 1/2 hours or until firm. Prepare Tomato Dill Sauce; cover and refrigerate until serving. Heat oil in

  14. 10 inch skillet over medium high heat. Cook patties in oil about 5 minutes, turning once, until light brown on both sides. Serve with sauce.
