  1. 4 apples

  2. 120g frozen blueberries

  3. 2 tablespoons honey

  4. 1 tablespoon pine nuts or almonds

  1. Wash and peel the apples, quarter them and remove core. Slice into small pieces and place in microwave safe bowl. Add frozen blueberries and honey.

  2. Microwave for 2-3 depending on your microwave - the apples should be soft enough to mash.

  3. Mash up the fruit and pour into serving dish. Scatter pinenuts or slivered almonds on top to look like maggots.
