  1. 1/2 pound pan fish fillets -- (perch, trout, -- whitefish)

  2. 4 teaspoons grated parmesan cheese

  3. 1/2 teaspoon dill weed

  1. Preparation : Place fish in a 10 inch pie plate that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and dill. Bake, uncovered, at 350F for 8-10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
