  1. 1 pound ground sausage or beef

  2. 2 tbs vegetable oil

  3. 1 medium yellow onion ; diced

  4. 1 pound velveeta or queso melt

  5. 1 can rotel diced tomatoes

  6. 1 can green chilis

  7. 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10 oz)

  8. 1 tsp cumin

  9. Cheddar cheese; shredded to taste

  10. Monterrey Jack cheese ; shredded to taste

  1. Brown sausage or beef and drain off fat in a pan.

  2. In another pot. heat up 2 tbls vegetable oil and saute onions and garlic until translucent. Add beef or sausage, velveeta, tomatoes, chilis, mushroom soup and cumin. Melt and stir. Add cheddar and monterrey jack at end and incorporate. Check seasoning.
