  1. 10 potatoes

  2. 1/2 cup mayonnaise or Vegenaise for vegans

  3. 1 package soy cheese, chopped

  4. Dash sea salt

  1. Boil potatoes. When cooked, drain and mash potatoes. Place in oven proof bowl.

  2. Add 1/2 cup mayonnaise or vegenaise.

  3. Add chopped soy cheese.

  4. Sprinkle with sea salt to taste.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until browning starts.
