  1. 1 medium fresh cauliflower

  2. 2.46 ml salt

  3. 297 2/3 g can cream of chicken soup

  4. 236 1/29 ml shredded cheddar cheese

  5. 78.07 ml mayonnaise

  6. 29 1/28 ml butter or 29 1/28 ml margarine , melted

  7. 4.92 ml curry powder

  1. Cut cauliflower into floweret.

  2. Cook in boiling water to cover with 1/2 t.

  3. salt 10 minutes or until tender; drain.

  4. Arrange cauliflower in a lightly greased 8-inch square baking dish.

  5. Mix together soup, cheese, mayo, butter, and curry powder; pour over cauliflower.

  6. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
