  2. Cream cheese 14 Cup (4 tbs)

  3. Raisins 2 Tablespoon

  4. Sugar 2 Tablespoon

  5. Plain yoghurt 1 Tablespoon

  6. Mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon

  1. Directions GETTING READY 1. Chop pumpkin.

  2. MAKING 2. Microwave pumpkin pieces for 10 minutes.

  3. In a bowl, combine pumpkin and cream cheese.

  4. Add raisins, sugar, mayonnaise and yoghurt. Mix it gently.

  5. Add salt and pepper and mix gently.

  6. SERVING 6. Serve it with rice.
