  1. 2 chicken wings

  2. ground ginger

  3. sugar

  4. salt

  5. soy sauce

  6. dry gin

  7. peanut oil

  8. tarragon

  9. parsley

  1. Directions 1. Place chicken wings in a plate.

  2. Add ginger, sugar, salt, soy sauce, and dry gin to the plate.

  3. Rub them over wings.

  4. Marinade for half an hour.

  5. Medium-high heat the pan.

  6. Add peanut oil to the pan.

  7. Fry chicken wings in peanut oil for 10 minutes.

  8. Drain wings on a paper.

  9. Top with tarragon/parsley.
