    1. Cut the round cake in half and arrange the 2 semicircles back-to-back. Frost it with chocolate frosting first and then fill the inner part of the wings with butter cream frosting. Frost the Twinkie with chocolate frosting and place it in the center as the body. Place the string licorice as the antennae and decorate the wings with the candies.

    2. Fish Cake Decoration Ingredients 1 baked 13X9X2 inch sheet cake 6 cups blue frosting 2 cups orange-yellow vanilla frosting Necco wafers 1 mint patty Keep the sheet cake on a flat surface and with a sharp knife, cut a rough circular body of the fish.
