  1. Apple Fritters

  2. On those cool fall nights it's so nice to have apple fritters and hot chocolate . I like to make these for Halloween to enjoy with homemade doughnuts!

  3. 2 T. sugar with

  4. 2 large eggs; add

  5. 1 c flour and 2 t. baking powder; blend well; add

  6. 2 - 3 cups sliced apples that have been sprinkled with

  7. 2 t fresh lemon juice

  8. Heat oil - be sure it is hot!

  9. Drop by teaspoonfuls and fry like a pancake! Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar when hot! Enjoy!!
