  1. Olive oil 3 Tablespoon

  2. Chopped onions 1 Cup (16 tbs)

  3. Rice 300 Gram

  4. White wine 4 Tablespoon

  5. Broth cube 1 (Vegetable Flavor)

  6. Water 24 Ounce (Three glasses of water used)

  7. Fresh mushrooms 300 Gram , sliced

  8. Dried porcini 3 (Soaked in water for 20 minutes)

  9. Shredded cheese 14 Cup (4 tbs) (As needed)

  1. Directions MAKING 1. Heat up a pan with a couple of tbsp olive oil. Saute the chopped onions for a few minutes.

  2. Add the rice and continue to saute.

  3. Add the white wine, broth cube and one glass of water.

  4. Stir well, and allow the rice to cook.

  5. When all the water dries up, add another glass of water, and continue to cook the rice. It might take about 12 - 15 minutes.

  6. Once the water dries up again and if the rice is still not completely cooked, add a third glass of water. Next, add in the mushrooms, stir and let it cook for about 5 - 7 minutes.

  7. Add the dried porcini (water drained) and stir and cook until the rice is done.

  8. Once every thing is cooked, sprinkle some cheese and stir to combine everything. Turn off the heat.

  9. SERVING 9. Serve warm.
