  1. Olive oil 1 Tablespoon (Wegmans)

  2. Mixed vegetables/Mixed greens 1 12 Pound , cut Salt To Taste

  3. Cracked black pepper To Taste

  4. Water 12 Cup (8 tbs)

  5. Sauce 3 Cup (48 tbs) (Any finishing sauce you like)

  1. Directions MAKING 1. In a stir-fry pan, drizzle oil around sides and tilt pan to distribute evenly. Heat oil in pan on high until oil faintly smokes. (If oil smokes too much, pan is too hot.)

  2. Add vegetables and season with salt and pepper. Stir and toss, keeping things moving, 2 minutes, to sweat the vegetables.

  3. Add water; cook, stirring, 5-8 minutes, or until tender.

  4. Stir in sauce of your choice. Cook, stirring to heat through, 2-3 minutes. Taste and adjust the seasoning.

  5. SERVING 5. Serve as a vegetable side to your protein or add to a curry to turn into a vegetarian main dish.

  6. TIPS You can use vegetables in season like peppers, zucchini, squash, snow peas, broccoli, green beans, carrots, greens, cauliflower, any vegetables you like.

  7. Use any sauce to flavor the vegetables. You can use a tomato sauce, a curry sauce, teriyaki sauce or any stir fry sauce.
