    3. A triple recipe of buttercream frosting (9 oz softened butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 4 cups powdered sugar)

    4. Single recipe of marshmallow fondant (1 bag marshmallows, 1 tbsn water, 1 tspn flavor, 2 lbs powdered sugar)

    1. The night before I made my fondant and let it sit overnight. The day of the game I made the cakes half chocolate and half vanilla and then did cupcakes with both flavors.

    2. While the cakes were cooling I began making the footballs, ribbons (cut with a pastry roller and wrapped around drinking straws to set, and confetti out of fondant. I also stirred up three batches of buttercream so I could put it in the sandwich, ice the sides and top, and ice the cupcakes. I colored enough to fill an icing bag grass green.

    3. I covered the cakes in white buttercream, then white fondant. I put the cupcakes decorated with green grass buttercream on the top and added footballs to the sides, top, and on the wires. Then I added the ribbons and confetti.
