  1. Bake cupcakes according to directions provided on box. Let cool completely before frosting.

  2. Choose color frosting for Kitty Cat fur color (mix in food coloring if desired). Frost cupcakes and pull in upward motion to create spikes or fuzzy looking fur. (use coconut if you'd like too).

  3. Warm up the microwave Chocolate frosting in pouch using directions given. Place a small drop of chocolate frosting in center of yellow M&M's for the eyes and set into cupcakes. (this is easier to make all the eyes at once and cool on a plate or already have the eyes in place before adding the chocolate).

  4. Cut Candy twists to desired length and place 3 "whiskers" on each side of each cupcake.

  5. Place Non-Pareils on top of whiskers using a dollop of icing as glue for cheeks.

  6. Break some of the Non-Pareils in half or cut (adult should do this part) using a sharp knife. Poke one in on each side of each cupcake for the ears.

  7. Last - using pink frosting (or another color of choice) fill in the area between the "cheeks" in an upside down triangle shape and then follow the cheek downward and towards the sides to indicate the mouth.

  8. Enjoy!
