  1. 1/2 cup KRAFT Lite Creamy Caesar Dressing , divided

  2. 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

  3. 1/2 tsp. black pepper

  4. 3/4 lb. uncooked deveined peeled large shrimp

  5. 6 cups tightly packed torn romaine lettuce

  6. 2 tomato es, cut into wedges

  7. 1 cup seasoned fat-free crouton s

  8. 1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese

  1. HEAT grill to medium heat.

  2. MIX 2 Tbsp. dressing, lemon juice and pepper in large bowl. Add shrimp; toss to coat.

  3. GRILL shrimp 2 to 3 min. on each side or until shrimp turn pink.

  4. TOSS lettuce with tomatoes, croutons and remaining dressing in serving bowl. Top with shrimp and cheese.
