  1. 1 whole turkey crown

  2. 5 tablespoons honey

  3. 3 tablespoons prepared mustard

  4. 30g melted butter

  5. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary

  6. salt and pepper to taste

  1. Preheat the oven to 170 C / Gas 3.

  2. Place the turkey crown in a roasting tin. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Spoon over turkey. Roast, uncovered, in the preheated oven for 1-3/4 to 2-1/2 hours, basting every 30 minutes.
