  4. 2 cups loosely packed cilantro

  5. 1-4 jalapenos , de seeded and roughly chopped

  7. 1T honey

  8. juice of 2 limes

  9. 2t ground cumin

  10. 2t dry mustard

  11. kosher or sea salt and fresh ground pepper
