  2. 6 tablespoons 90ml Olive oil

  3. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Dried oregano

  4. Salt - to taste

  5. Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

  6. 2 Pitas - cut into cubes

  7. 1/2 Cucumber - peeled, and Cut into wedges

  8. 2 Tomatoes - cut into wedges

  9. 1/2 Red onion - chopped

  10. 1 Green pepper - cut into rings

  11. 4 oz 113g Feta cheese - crumbled

  1. Whisk together vinegar, olive oil, and oregano. Season dressing with salt and pepper.

  2. Toast the pita in oven with olive oil drizzled over until golden.

  3. Combine vegetables and feta in a bowl. Toss with vinaigrette to coat. Add pita bread just before serving and toss again.
