    1. Bread pudding

    2. 1 Cup suet

    3. 1 Cup Sugar

    4. 1 Cup raisin s

    5. 3 Cups Sugar

    6. 1 tsp. Salt

    7. 1 tsp. soda

    8. spice to taste (1 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp clove, 1/2 tsp nutmeg)

    9. 1 Cup sour milk (1 tsp vinigar in milk) Sauce

    10. 1 Cup sugar

    11. 2 Tbs flour ( mix well)

    12. 1 Cup boiling water pour over sugar and flour it thickens

    13. 2 tbsp. Vinegar or lemon

    14. 1 Tbs butter

    15. Maybe lemon

    1. Mix pudding and put into 3 cans ( 28 oz) in a large pan. Steam 3 hours on top of stove in water on a trivet so can does not touch bottom of the pan.

    2. Serve with sauce.
