    1. 2 Margarine

    2. 1 cup 237ml Oil

    3. 1 cup 237ml Coca cola

    4. 1 cup 237ml Miniature marshmallows

    5. 2 cups 125g / 4.4oz Flour

    6. 2 cups 396g / 13oz Sugar

    7. 1 teaspoon 5ml Baking soda

    8. 1/2 cup 118ml Buttermilk

    9. 2 Eggs

    10. 1 teaspoon 5ml Vanilla Icing

    11. 6 tablespoons 90ml Coca cola

    12. 1 Margarine

    13. 2 1/2 tablespoons 37ml Cocoa

    14. 1 Powdered sugar,

    15. 10x 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Pecans - chopped

    16. 1 teaspoon 5ml Vanilla

    1. Recipe Instructions Cake: In medium sauce pan, bring oleo, cocoa, oil, and Coca Cola to a boil. Remove from heat. Add 1/2 cup or more of miniature marshmallows, flour, sugar, soda, buttermilk, eggs and vanilla, and beat well. Pour into greased 15 1/2" x 10 1/2" cake pan. Bake at 350F about 35 minutes, or until pick inserted in center comes out clean. Spread Coca Cola icing over warm cake. Icing: Mix, and beat above ingredients until smooth. Spread on warm cake.
