  1. 1 C Flour

  2. 1 C Oil

  3. 2 C Celery -- chopped

  4. 2 Bay Leaves

  5. 2 Cn Tomatoes, Hunt's

  6. 3 Tsp Salt

  7. 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper

  8. 2 Tbsp Green Onion Tops -- chopped

  9. 1/2 C Bell Pepper -- chopped

  10. 2 clove Garlic -- minced

  11. 3 lb Shrimp -- cleaned

  12. 2 sm Tomato Paste

  13. 1/4 tsp Red Pepper

  14. 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley -- chopped

  15. 1 tsp Worcestershire

  16. 6 C Water

  17. 5 minutes. Add water. Let simmer

  18. 1 1/2 hrs. Add shrimp, cook about 20 minutes. Add onion tops and parsley. Serve over rice.
