  1. 12- lasagna noddles-cooked according to package directions-drained-cooled slightly 1-cup soft herbed cheese-like alouette or boursin 1/2-cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  2. 1 1/2-cups prepared tomato sauce 1/4-cup grated parmesan cheese-or more if desired

  1. Preheat oven to 375*. Spray or lightly oil a shallow baking dish,set aside. Place cooked noodles on flat surface. In small bowl- combine herbed cheese and mozzarella-mix well Spoon thin layer of cheese mix on each noodle.Starting at short end-roll up and secure with a toothpick. stand rolls side by side in dish. top with sauce and parmesan. Bake for 20-25 minutes until filling is melted and top is golden brown. Serve with a crisp salad and hot rolls brushed with melted butter an garlic.
