  2. 2 pounds meat

  3. 1/2 cup flour

  4. 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

  5. 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  6. 1 1/2 cups beef broth

  7. 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  8. 1 teaspoon paprika

  9. 4 slices carrots

  10. 3 cubed potatoes

  11. 2 teaspoons Kitchen Bouquet

  1. Place meat in pot. Mix flour, salt, and pepper. Pour over meat and stir to coat meat. Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix well. Cover and cook on low 10-12 hours or on high 4-6 hours. Stir thoroughly before serving.
